Elizabeth Kaitan was born on July 19, 1960 in Hungary. Girl was brought to New York City by her mother at age eight. Elizabeth moved to Manhattan at age 18 in order to fulfill her lifelong ambition of being an actress in motion pictures.

Elizabeth studied her craft at the New York Academy of Theatrical Arts and was a member of the repertory company the American Theatre of Arts for few years (she acted in works by Shakespeare as well as contemporary dramas). In addition, Elizabeth kept herself afloat by doing modeling work for the Bonnie Kay Agency in New York City.

Kaitan made her film debut in the raucous comedy "Waitress!" and got her SAG card by doing a one line bit part as a German girl in Woody Allen's "Zelig". Actress moved to Los Angeles, California in 1984. Tall, leggy and flat-out lovely, with long light blonde hair, a cute face, a shapely figure, a huge, winning smile, sparkling green eyes, and a sweet, vibrant, charismatic personality, Elizabeth alternated between lead and supporting roles in a bunch of entertainingly trashy low-budget exploitation features in the horror, comedy, action and science fiction genres. She was especially funny and appealing as the lovably ditsy Candy in the amusingly lowbrow "Vice Academy" flicks.

Elizabeth's other memorable parts include the enticing Jennifer Statson in "Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2", the feisty Daria in "Slave Girls from Beyond Infinity", one of the titular airheads in "Assault of the Killer Bimbos"; excellent as vengeful college student rape victim Julie Johnson in "Necromancer", sexy redhead Robin in "Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood" and helpless blind seer Gretchen Hope in "Roller Blade Warriors: Taken by Force". Actress was particularly impressive in a dual starring role as both frustrated unhappy housewife Beth and more uninhibited fantasy lover Liza in the steamy "Night Club". Moreover, Kaitan occasionally popped up in minor parts in such mainstream movies as "Twins", "Spy Hard" and "The Lonely Guy". Alas, Elizabeth Kaitan voluntarily quit acting in the late 90's; she married a Los Angeles sheriff's deputy and now works as a secretary for controversial conservative political activist David Horowitz.
